Summary

Cheri Eatery is a stunning European-inspired venue located just across from South Melbourne Market. Directitude played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life, overseeing the project from demolition to the finishing touches, ensuring a seamless transformation of the former Bibelot and Chez Dre space into a vibrant 150-seat eatery. The fit-out showcases our commitment to quality and design, featuring sleek Granex stainless steel finishes on the bars and bar tops, along with custom-built joinery items that enhance both functionality and aesthetics, including a beautifully crafted coffee bench. The exposed aggregate polished floors offer a sleek, low-maintenance surface, ideal for a bustling hospitality environment. While cantilevered back bar shelving adds a striking modern edge, providing a stunning storage solution. Additionally, the front-of-house display area was thoughtfully elevated to perfectly aligns with the overall aesthetic of the venue, creating an elegant focal point.
