The project was located at the bottom of the Adina Hotel in Melbourne CBD had the scope to refurbish the existing space to suit a new café & restaurant.
What We Did
The project entailed:
creating bar fronts, banquette seating, & furniture.
installing wall cladding including v groove board and mirrors.
laying mosaic tiling to bar and entry, adding epoxy floors to bar.
new joinery to bar, waiting station and back bar made by our inhouse joiners.
coordination with clients for electrical and plumbing contractors.
water jet to the tile to entry with Brass logo.
painting of the waffle slab.
installing a new HVAC system with building bulkheads to cover the pipework
