Directitude were involved in the project from the early stages working with the client to navigate design and operation functionality, this achievement marks a testament to our expertise in commercial construction fit-outs as Blossom offers a truly unique and captivating experience. The outcome of this project was a stunning industrial interior design that seamlessly blends sophistication with urban charm. Working within the operating hotel we were limited to working hours for demo of the existing space, relocation of services, manufacture and install custom joinery, and install new equipment in back of house kitchen including state-of-the-art culinary equipment.What truly sets Blossom apart is its breathtaking 270-degree panoramic views of Melbourne's iconic cityscape, In which the DM team supplied and installed glass balustrades which seamlessly allow patrons to enjoy an unobstructed view of the CBD’S skyline.
