Directitude engaged with this project as the successful tender of this concept Mediterranean restaurant. We worked closely with the client to deliver their vision, including a new kitchen area, structural modifications, a new floor structure, provision of fixtures and finishes, and all service works. The project was successfully approved by the Council, and Occupancy and Health from ESV.
