Summary

Directitude were engaged to deliver Tempo, a new addition to Novotel Hotel Geelong. This project involved a meticulous commercial construction fit out, to transform the ground floor restaurant into a multifaceted dining destination, including a bar, breakfast buffet and wine nook.


What We Did

  • Demolition of existing restaurant and alteration of the base build services to cater to new layout.
  • Replace shop front fixed windows to sash windows,
  • Design and manufacture custom-made joinery complemented with stone and upholstery
  • Install timber screens, new carpet, bespoke stone fabrication to the bar and pantry services.
  • Coordination and manufacture of custom stainless benches and back bar shelving, breakfast pantry with pivot cathelite glass door, private dining with operable bifold cathelite doors
  • Works were successfully coordinated around the live operating hotel, working around hotel conferences and events without disrupting.
