Directitude completed a comprehensive refurbishment of The Lakeside Pavilion, a renowned waterfront venue in Albert Park. This full interior fit-out revitalised the iconic space, seamlessly blending elegance with functionality. The main function area now features a dramatic black ceiling, accentuated by oversized pendant lighting that draws the eye upward. These fixtures complement the industrial character of the space, adding refinement and balance. Bespoke joinery, and meticulously chosen finishes—such as custom American oak shelving, brass detailing, mirrored back-bar details and stone finishes across the joinery elements —infuse the venue with a sense of sophistication. From feature wall panelling and decorative mirrors to tailored upholstery and refreshed amenities, every detail was carefully considered. The transformation also extended behind the scenes, with updates and modifications to services and upgraded back-of-house finishes, ensuring the venue delivers not only in aesthetics, but also in operational performance and practicality.
